To support and assist the community development activities of civic organization through its beautification projects, preservation of local area natural resources, and other community activities;

To promote the development of the business community of the George County, Mississippi;

To provide non-profit services to the George County, Mississippi, area for projects that are completed within the year’s timeframe from the date the project is approved.
